The Binder, Compressed to One Document

Accreditation visits ask a predictable question: prove the cohort's clinical training. The traditional answer is a week of spreadsheet assembly; the Accreditation page's answer is one signable document — the Cohort Competency Summary — generated from the same sign-off data the program runs on daily.

What's Inside

A cover with the clinic name, preparer, and generation date. Snapshot tiles: cohort size, average and median completion, and the fully-complete count (students who've met every requirement). The per-student completion roster — every student, their overall percentage, requirements met, total approved. Program-level requirement coverage bars. And signature blocks for the Dean / Program Head and Clinic Coordinator, because an accreditor wants attestation, not just arithmetic.

The Honest-Math Guarantees

Three deliberate rules make this document safe to sign:

• Per-student caps: each student's approved count is capped at the category target, so one prolific student's surplus can never mask a classmate's gap. "Coverage 100%" means every student is covered, not that the average works out.
• Under-served flags at below 50% of cohort demand — the pack shows program weaknesses rather than hiding them, which is precisely what makes its strengths credible.
• Quota-only categories: tracked-only categories (no target) are excluded — nothing pads the denominator.

Always Whole-Program

The pack is cumulative and never term-scoped, by design: an accreditation record covers the entire program, and there is no term dropdown to accidentally misuse. For per-student documents, use Report Cards; for termly activity, use the term views elsewhere — this page does exactly one job.

Producing It

Open Accreditation (faculty/dean only), review the tiles — surprises are cheaper to explain today than during the visit — then Print / PDF for signatures or CSV for the self-study appendix. The empty state means no enrolled students or no requirement with a real target yet; fix in Requirements.

Beyond the Visit

Generate one per term-end, signed and filed, and the accreditation binder assembles itself as a time series — five packs across five terms show a program monitoring itself continuously, which is itself the strongest thing you can show an accreditor. The pack is the proof; the daily sign-off discipline it summarizes is the compliance.
